I called to asked for a liquid gel extension and they have it. So I told them my appt will be at 5:15pm because I get off work at 5pm. And when I arrive at 5:15pm, the lady told me that if I come late next time she won’t do my nails. I told her my appt is 5:15 and she said no. I said well I talked to Luna about it and if I can leave work early I will come early. She then told me that I’m lucky that she did my nails. But it ended up really bad. I asked for a squared shape nails and she made my nails wider at the bottom so now it looks like a slight triangle. The sides too are messy, not colored and my nails is super thick which is okay. But when I try to tell her it’s not good and not happy about it, she raised her voice and told me that it’s square. I asked her to call Down and I’m trying to be nice and I just don’t want to pay for something I’m unhappy about. Then she said a lot of things to me and told me to go to a different salon next time if I’m unhappy. She also accused me of someone, she said that I’ve been to this salon and when she did my nails , I also complained to her. I was like “ no it’s not me bc I just moved to Abington. I am from stoughton”. But she insisted and said it was me who complained before.

Luna did an amazing job with my nails! I got SNS which is all natural on my natural nails but it lasts over a month! I’ve never been more in love with my nails. Thank you so much Luna! For being so sweet and doing an amazing job. Definitely found my go to nail technician! ❤

I went here by chance and Luna did my nails. I had a powder dip done and every time in the past that I had this done it would not last my nails would chip and break. Since I started going to Luna I have had no problems she takes her time and does a wonderful job. I have been going back now for about 6 months and each time my nails last 3 weeks or more.

I had made an appointment for 3 and waited for 30 minutes before i was taken which i don’t really mind the wait.. but after showing her a picture of what i wanted and telling her how long she cut them to short and so un even one side was filed to the middle of the nail . I just left in the middle of my service i wanted to cry, i paid for my service and just left it was so disappointing. i used to go here all the time and they where amazing but now i don’t know what happened.
