Happy New Year! This month is my one year anniversary of being diagnosed with celiac disease. That means that I’ve been living gluten free for one year! 2016 was quite the trying year for me. So many different health issues struck our family. I’m ready for the new year and with it a rebirth to simply start fresh. I have faith that 2017 is going to be the best year yet!
